It’s NEW

In FY2019, I served as a project leader for an A-SAP (Access Center for Innovation Solutions, Actions, and Professionals) Industry-Academia-Government-Finance Collaboration Innovation Promotion Project hosted by the Photon Valley Center at Hamamatsu. A “50m run time prediction system” (right photograph) was developed in the project, which measures standing long jump, continuous jump, and stepping and predicts a 50 m run time.

We are developing a laser processing system that incorporates a micro-lidar system jointly with Nadex Products Co., Ltd Laser R&D Center and the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology to perform laser welding between different materials.

This development is supported by the Adaptable and Seamless Technology Transfer Program through Target-Driven R and D (JPMJTR192F).
