University are institutions that advance research and education, in adittion, the importance of contributing to society has also been emphasized  in recent years.

Our graduate school has established a system that operates both the job invention regulations and licensing regulations as a single entity. Patents are intended to protect business, rather than academic purposes, however they cannot be ignored in research for industrial creation. As part of the graduate school's research, we provide intellectual property strategy support to our students.

We promote collaboration with domestic and international partners

Our graduate school, with a focus on photonics technology, promotes the technical support system 'Fab Lab' necessary for research and business. With the aim of maintaining a technical interface between the university and society, we will proceed with the external use represented as laser-based 2D cutting machines, among other equipment, and provide related technical guidance
